The men's 110-meter hurdles at the 1999 World Athletics Championships was held from 23 to 25 August 1999 in the Olympic Stadium in the Spanish city ​​of Seville .

The winner of the British World Champion in 1993 , runner-up of 1997 , World Championship -Third of 1987 , Olympic silver medalist from 1988 , three-time European Champion ( 1990 / 1994 / 1998 ) and world record holder Colin Jackson . The Cuban Anier García won his first silver medal at a major international event. Bronze went to the American Duane Ross .
