NGC 193 is an elliptical radio galaxy of the Hubble type E / SB0 in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 202 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years across .

The object was discovered on December 21, 1786 by the German-British astronomer Wilhelm Herschel .
