NGC 200 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBbc in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 235 million light years from the Milky Way and about 115,000 light years across. Together with three other galaxies, it forms the NGC 198 group ( LGG 9 ).
In the same area of ​​the sky are the galaxies NGC 194 , NGC 198 , NGC 199 , NGC 208 .

The object was discovered on December 25, 1790 by the German-British astronomer Friedrich Wilhelm Herschel .
