Stumbling blocks in Lombardy

The stumbling blocks in Lombardy (Italian: pietre d'inciampo ) provide an overview of the stumbling blocks that Gunter Demnig has laid in the Italian region of Lombardy since November 2012 and remind us of the people who were murdered, deported and driven out by the German National Socialists or were driven to suicide. Stumbling blocks are usually in front of the last self-chosen place of residence of the victim.

According to Demnig's website, the stumbling blocks were laid in Collebeato on November 23, 2012, in Brescia on November 23, 2012 and on January 12, 2015, in Sarezzo on January 11, 2014, in Adro and Gavardo on January 12, 2015, in Premolo on January 17, 2016 and in Gardone Riviera , Palazzolo sull'Oglio and Salò on January 18, 2016. Another series of relocations took place in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano in the province of Lodi on the 16 and in Milan and Tradate on the 19. January 2017.

A series of other relocations in Milan, Gardone Riviera and four cities in the province of Pavia took place in January 2018.
