Uwe Jellinek

Uwe Jellinek (* 1953 ) is a German voice actor and actor .

Life

The trained inland skipper began his three-year acting training at the State Drama School in Berlin in 1977 and subsequently worked as a performer at the theater of the city of Schwedt , followed by guest appearances at various stages and venues.

At the same time, he started a career as a film and television actor for the East German film production company DEFA and for GDR television in the early 1980s . In a larger supporting role, that of the rather clumsy soldier Hunter, Jellinek took part in Konrad Petzold's Indian film The Scout . Further film and television assignments followed. Even after the fall of the Berlin Wall , he was able to continue his career and played in episode and lead roles in cinema and television films, such as Wolffs Revier , HeliCops - Mission over Berlin or Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei . His son Julius Jellinek also works as an actor and voice actor.
