Anette Bøe (born November 5, 1957 in Larvik ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

She won her first Olympic medal at the 1980 Winter Games in Lake Placid when she won the bronze medal with the Norwegian relay. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1982 she won with the Norwegian relay team over 4 × 5 kilometers. 1985, in her most successful year, she became world champion over 5 kilometers and 10 kilometers and won the silver medal over 20 kilometers. In the same year she became the overall World Cup winner.

In 1985 Anette Bøe received the Holmenkollen Medal and was voted Norway's Sportswoman of the Year . In 2000 she received the Egebergs Ærespris for her achievements in cross-country skiing, triathlon and ice hockey .
