Arsiero (German outdated: Arsan , Arz , Asarin or Ersen ) is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3,091 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Vicenza in Veneto . The municipality is located about 32 kilometers north-northwest of Vicenza . Arsiero is the seat of the Unione montana Alto Astico , until 2015 Comunità Montana Alto Astico Posina . The eastern municipal boundary is the Astico , the southern the Rosina .
