Chiuppano is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2489 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Vicenza in Veneto . The municipality is located about 24.5 kilometers north-northwest of Vicenza on the Astico . In 1911, the community was formed from an earlier part of today's neighboring community Carrè .
