Longare is a northeastern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 5609 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Vicenza in Veneto . The former Strada statale 247 Riviera leads through the municipality from Vicenza to Este . The municipality is located about nine kilometers southeast of Vicenza on the Bacchiglione .
