The Brazil national ice hockey team is a selection of Brazilian players appointed by the Confederação Brasileira de Desportos no Gelo (CBDG) to represent the country internationally.

history

The Brazilian national ice hockey team made its international debut as part of the first pan-American ice hockey tournament in March 2014, which was organized by host Mexico with the support of the world association IIHF. In the first group game, the Brazilians lost 0:16 to the hosts from Mexico, who had been participating in world championships for several decades . It was also Brazil’s first international ice hockey game. Finally, Brazil finished the tournament bottom of the group with four defeats and 3:51 goals.
