Cossebaude / Mobschatz / Oberwartha with Alt-Leuteritz, Brabschütz, Gohlis, Merbitz, Neu-Leuteritz, Niederwartha, Podemus and Rennersdorf is a statistical district of Dresden . The long district name results from the large number of low-population districts in the localities of Cossebaude , Mobschatz and Oberwartha , which are statistically recorded in this unit.
location
The statistical district of Cossebaude / Mobschatz / Oberwartha borders in the west on the municipality Klipphausen and in the north on the large district town Radebeul . In the east it is bounded by the statistical district of Briesnitz and, on a very short section, by Kaditz . Gompitz / Altfranken lies to the south .
In addition to the Elbe , the boundaries of the statistical district are formed by the city limits of Dresden in the east that existed until 1997 and 1999 and the current city limits of Dresden in the west. In the south, the border runs in sections in the Zschoner Grund . Cossebaude / Mobschatz / Oberwartha is located on the western edge of the Elbe valley and to a large extent also in the eastern Meißner highlands .
structure
In addition to Oberwartha, this statistical district includes the Cossebauder districts of Gohlis , Cossebaude , Niederwartha and Neu-Leuteritz as well as the Mobschatzer districts of Alt-Leuteritz , Brabschütz , Merbitz , Mobschatz , Podemus and Rennersdorf . After Schönfeld / Schullwitz , Cossebaude / Mobschatz / Oberwartha is the largest inhabited statistical district in Dresden in terms of area. Although statistical districts in Dresden were formed on the basis that they all had a similar number of inhabitants, this extensive district has one of the lowest population densities in the city due to its largely rural-rural character. It is divided into the following nine statistical districts :
- 901 Cossebaude-North
- 902 Cossebaude-Süd / Neu-Leuteritz
- 903 Gohlis
- 904 Niederwartha
- 905 Oberwartha
- 906 Mob Treasure
- 907 Alt-Leuteritz / Brabschütz
- 908 Rennersdorf
- 909 Merbitz / Podemus
