The Dodge Fast Four (also Dodge 128/129 ) was a passenger car from the Dodge Brothers company in Detroit , which was presented as a further development of the 126 series in July 1927.

Like its predecessor, the car had a side-valve four-cylinder - inline engine with 3479 cc displacement , but which now gave a power of 24 hp (17 kW). The rear wheels were driven via a single-disc dry clutch and a three-speed gearbox with center shift. In the 128 series , all four wheels were mechanically braked. The 129 series, available from August 1927 , already had hydraulic brakes on all four wheels. The wheelbase of the chassis was (108 ") 2.65 m. Again several equipment variants were offered: sedan and coupé were available as special or better equipped deluxe. The cabriolet was available with two or four seats.

Both series were discontinued in January 1928 without replacement. In the future, Dodge no longer produced four-cylinder models.
