Elisa Di Francisca (born December 13, 1982 in Jesi ) is an Italian foil fencer .

She won at the 2012 Olympic Games in London the title in the individual and the team . She is also multiple world champion ( 2004 , 2009 , 2013 , 2014 and 2015 with the team and 2010 in the individual and with the team) and European champion ( 2005 , 2009 , 2010 and 2012 with the team, 2019 in the individual and 2011 , 2013 , 2014) and 2015 both individually and with the team) in their sport.

Awards

• Italy's Sportswoman of the Year ( La Gazzetta dello Sport ): 2012 and "World Team of the Year" (together with Arianna Errigo , Ilaria Salvatori and Valentina Vezzali )
