The company was based at Steindamm 28 in Hamburg . In 1922 the production of automobiles and motorcycles began. The brand name was MFB . Production ended in 1923.

Details of the vehicles have not survived. Images show a large motorcycle and a flat, open two-seater in an elongated shape that was unusual for the time. The company used the term small car.
