Martinette

The Martinette was a small car that was only built in 1921 at the Volta works in Berlin-Waidmannslust . The car was designed by Ing.FAE Martin.

The sporty vehicle was powered by a two-cylinder two- stroke engine. Its paintwork, which was reminiscent of a zebra , was particularly striking .

The prototype was presented at the Berlin Motor Show. Subsequently, around 100 vehicles were built at the Volta works, but most of them were sold to Scandinavia .
