The Vorster & Stolle Motoren AG was a German manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Hermann Vorster (a nephew of Hugo Stinnes ), the designer Martin Stolle and Ernst Hermann Sander founded the company in Munich on June 14, 1924 . The share capital was 160,000 Reichsmarks . The production of automobiles began. The brand name was Stolle . Production ended on November 12, 1926 when bankruptcy proceedings were filed. A total of 15 vehicles were built.

The only model was the Stolle 6/40 PS . A four-cylinder engine with 1500 cm³ displacement , OHC valve control and vertical shaft made 40 hp . The wheelbase was 288 cm and the track width was 130 cm. Car bodies were made at Karosserie Alexis Kellner in Berlin , Rupflin in Munich and Neuer & Thieme in Ulm . The purchase price of 12,000 Reichsmarks for the chassis and around 3,000 Reichsmarks for the body was too high for the time.
