Company history

The company was founded in March 1920 as the successor to Mechanik-Automobil and Maschinenbau Werkstätte Meier u. Voigt , which existed since 1916. According to a source, the location was on Friedrichstrasse in Naumburg (Saale) . In 1921 the marketing of automobiles began, which ran until 1925. The brand name was Muvo . Another source gives the period sometime between 1921 and 1925 . A connection to Peter & Moritz from the same city is possible, but not assigned.
