The Helios automobile AG was a German automobile manufacturer from 1924 to 1926 in Cologne-Ehrenfeld was established.

After the Cologne industrialist and automotive pioneer Arthur Delfosse took over parts of the electrical company Helios , he began to produce automobiles under the Helios brand . His son Curt Delfosse took over the technical management .

Helios developed and built a small car with two seats and a two-cylinder boxer engine with 972 cm³ displacement, the power of which was passed on to the rear wheels via a cardan shaft .
