The Berlin-based company began producing automobiles in 1924 . The brand name was Luther & Heyer . Commercial vehicles were added in 1931, 1932 or 1933 . Production ended in 1933, 1937 or 1939.

The first 4/12 hp model was presented in 1924. It was a small car . The vehicle was powered by a four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 1000 cm³ .
Commercial vehicles with three wheels were created in the 1930s. A flatbed truck from 1932 still exists and is exhibited in Herbert Schmidt's veteran vehicle museum in Bergholz-Rehbrücke . A single cylinder engine with 192 cm³ displacement and 5 HP provides the drive.
