Hainmühle is a district of the town of Feuchtwangen in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The desert is about three and a half kilometers southeast of Feuchtwangen city center on the left bank of the Sulzach . The district road AN 41 leads to Feuchtwangen (2.5 km north) or to Krapfenau (1 km south-east).

history

In 1376 the place was attested as "Haimüll", in 1408 as "Hainmul".

The place was in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen . In 1732 there were two properties (a grinding and cutting mill, and an estate). The basic rule had the pin stewardship Feuchtwangen held. Towards the end of the Old Kingdom there was a subject family. From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen .

With the community edict (early 19th century), Hainmühle was assigned to the tax district of Hainmühle and the rural community of Krapfenau . In the course of the regional reform , Hainmühle was incorporated into Feuchtwangen on July 1, 1971.

  • Mill, built in 1798; Upper floor renewed in 1962; two-storey plastered building with four to seven axes and a gable roof; on the basement coat of arms (lion with mill wheel) and year 1798
