La Celle-sous-Gouzon is a French commune in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Creuse department , the Aubusson arrondissement and the Gouzon canton . It borders on Domeyrot in the northwest , Saint-Silvain-sous-Toulx in the north, Trois-Fonds in the northeast, Gouzon in the southeast and Parsac-Rimondeix in the southwest .
