Magnat-l'Etrange is a municipality in the Massif Central in France . It belongs to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , the Creuse department , the Aubusson arrondissement and the Auzances canton . It borders on Poussanges to the west, Saint-Georges-Nigremont to the north, Saint-Agnant-près-Crocq to the east, Malleret to the southeast, Beissat and La Courtine to the south and Clairavaux to the southwest .
Magnat-l'Étrange is a member of the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park .
