Saint-Silvain-Bellegarde is a French commune in the Creuse in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It is located in the Massif Central and borders in the northwest on the enclave of Saint-Alpinien , Bellegarde-en-Marche and La Chaussade , in the north on Champagnat , in the east on Lupersat , in the southeast on La Villetelle , in the south on Saint-Avit-de- Tardes , to the south-west with Néoux and to the west with Saint-Alpinien.
