This list of the members of the Lower Austrian Landtag (fourth legislative period) lists all the members of the Lower Austrian Landtag during the fourth legislative period, with the legislative period extending from December 12, 1945 to July 6, 1949. After the state elections on November 25, 1945 , 32 of the 56 seats went to the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), 22 to the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) and 2 to the Communist Party of Austria . The state parliament elected the state government of Reither II on December 12, 1945 .
The provisional state government had decided to reform the constituency division before the state elections. It reintroduced four constituencies, with 15 seats on constituency 8 (district above the Vienna Woods), 11 seats on constituency 9 (district below the Vienna Woods), 11 seats on constituency 10 (district above Manhartsberg) and 11 seats on the constituency 11 (quarter under the Manhartsberg) 12 seats were canceled.
