Successor: Mazda BT-50

The Mazda B-series is the name of a pickup model from the Japanese manufacturer Mazda . It was offered in different body styles: as a 2-door ("M-Cab") with two seats, as a 4-door with a freestyle door system ("L-Cab", ie the doors open in opposite directions, no B-pillar) with four Seats (2 full seats in the front + 2 emergency seats in the back), or as a 4-door ("XL-Cab") with five seats.

The B-series has rear-wheel drive for normal road use, but has a switchable all-wheel drive (for L-Cab / XL-Cab), which also drives the front wheels. The version with two seats, however, only has rear-wheel drive. The trailer load (braked) is 2.8 t.

The B series expired in Europe at the end of 2006 and was replaced by the BT-50 model.
