The Mazda CX-4 is an SUV - Coupé from the Japanese car manufacturer Mazda . The vehicle is based on the Mazda CX-5 , but is longer and flatter. Mazda also uses the Kodo design for the CX-4 .

history

The Mazda Koeru concept vehicle was presented to the public in September 2015 at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt am Main . Mazda showed the production vehicle at the Beijing Motor Show in April 2016, but also made it clear that the vehicle will initially only be built in China for China.

Technical specifications

The drive is initially taken over by a 116 kW (158 hp) 2.0-liter or 141 kW (192 hp) 2.5-liter petrol engine . The former only came to dealers with front-wheel drive , the more powerful engine was given all-wheel drive as standard . The more powerful front-wheel drive engine has also been available since November 2019.
