Milvignes is a municipality in the canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland , which was established on January 1, 2013.

It was created through the merger of the municipalities of Auvernier , Bôle and Colombier . Its name refers to the largest vineyard in the canton as a result of the merger.

geography

Milvignes is located on the northwestern shore of Lake Neuchâtel, southwest of the canton capital Neuchâtel . The neighboring communities of Milvignes are Corcelles-Cormondrèche in the north, Peseux in the north-northeast, Neuchâtel in the northeast , Boudry in the south and Rochefort in the west .

The voting shares of the parties at the 2015 National Council election were: FDP 34.9%, SP 22.6%, SVP 13.7%, GPS 7.5%, PdA 6.7%, CVP 3.8%, glp 3.7 %, BDP 1.5%.
