At the XV. At the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki , ten boxing competitions were held. The venue was the Messuhalli (exhibition hall) in the Töölö district . The program included two weight classes more than before. In addition, there were no more decisive battles for third place, so that two boxers each received a bronze medal.
