Pecqueuse is a French commune with 549 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Essonne department of the Île-de-France region ; it belongs to the Arrondissement Palaiseau and the canton Gif-sur-Yvette (until 2015: canton Limours ). The inhabitants are called Pescusiens .

Pecqueuse is 31 kilometers southwest of Paris . Pecqueuse is surrounded by the neighboring communities Boullay-les-Troux in the north, Les Molières in the north-east, Limours in the east, Bonnelles in the south, Bullion in the west and south-west and Choisel in the north-west.
