Saint-Jean-de-Beauregard is located about 23 kilometers southwest of Paris in the Hurepoix countryside . The municipality is part of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Nature Park . Saint-Jean-de-Beauregard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bures-sur-Yvette in the north and north-west, Les Ulis in the north and north-east, Marcoussis in the east and south-east, Janvry in the south and south-west and Gometz-le-Châtel in the west and north-west .
