The Puchar Polski 2016/17 is the 63rd edition of the Polish cup competition. It started on July 16, 2016 with the preliminary round matches and ended on May 2, 2017 with the final at the PGE Narodowy in Warsaw .
The cup winner qualifies for participation in the third qualifying round of the Europa League 2017/18 .
Defending champion Legia Warsaw was eliminated in the 2nd round against Górnik Zabrze .
