The Premijer Liga 2010/11 , which is also called BHT Premijer Liga according to a sponsorship agreement , was the eleventh season of the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian league of men. It began on July 31, 2010 with the first game day and ended on May 25, 2011 with the 30th game day. The defending champion was FK Željezničar Sarajevo .
The FK Borac Banja Luka was first champion in the Premijer League in the club's history.

In the 2010/11 season, as in previous years, sixteen clubs competed against each other in a total of 30 rounds. Each team played once at home and once away against each of the fifteen other teams. In the Premijer Liga, the sixteen teams played for four international starting places, a Champions League place, as well as two Europa League places for the placement and one for the cup winner. In addition, the last two had to relegate to the second highest division, the first division.
