Saint-Antonin-sur-Bayon is a French municipality with 124 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur .

geography

The municipality is located ten kilometers east of Aix-en-Provence at 413 m above sea level in the Bayeux Valley at the southern foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire . Its neighboring towns are Puyloubier , Beaurecueil , Châteauneuf-le-Rouge and Le Tholonet .

etymology

Until 1919 the municipality was only called Saint-Antonin .
