Sainte-Anne-sur-Brivet ( Breton : Santez-Anna-ar-Brivet ) is a French municipality with 2967 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loire-Atlantique in the Region Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Nazaire and the canton of Pontchâteau . The inhabitants are called Brivetains .

Sainte-Anne-sur-Brivet is located on the Brivet River about 27 kilometers northeast of Saint-Nazaire . Sainte-Anne-sur-Brivet is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Guenrouet in the north, Quilly in the east, Campbon in the south and south-east, Pontchâteau in the west and Drefféac in the west and north-west.
