Sainte-Reine-de-Bretagne ( Breton : Santez-Rouanez-Breizh ) is a French municipality with 2374 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Loire-Atlantique in the Region Pays de la Loire ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Saint-Nazaire and the canton of Pontchâteau . The inhabitants are called Reinois .

Sainte-Reine-de-Bretagne is located about 25 kilometers north of Saint-Nazaire in the Brière countryside . Sainte-Reine-de-Bretagne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Missilac in the north, Pontchâteau in the east, Crossac in the south and south-east, Saint-Joachim in the south and south-west and La Chapelle-des-Marais in the west and north-west.
Route nationale 165 runs along the north-eastern edge of the municipality .
