The Serie A 1983/84 was the 52nd season in the top Italian football -Spielklasse of Lords. It began on September 12, 1983 and ended on May 13, 1984. As promoters, AC Milan , Lazio Rome and Catania Calcio from Serie B were added.
The season as champions ended Juventus Turin and became the successor of AS Roma . Juventus qualified for the European Cup . AC Florence and Inter Milan qualified for the UEFA Cup . AS Roma secured participation in the European Cup Winners' Cup of the following year through Coppa Italia . Genoa had to relegate to Serie B in 1893 , Pisa SC and Catania Calcio.
