Sportsman of the year 2015 (Germany)

The athletes of the year 2015 in Germany were chosen by around 3,000 specialist journalists and honored on December 20th in the Kurhaus in Baden-Baden . The election was organized for the 69th time by the Internationale Sport-Korrespondenz (ISK). Former open water swimmer Thomas Lurz received the additional award for role models in sport . The mission of the two was moderated ZDF presenters Katrin Müller-Hohenstein and Rudi Cerne .
