Termes (Occitan: Tèrmes ) is a place and a municipality in the south of France with 210 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Lozère department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Mende and the canton of Aumont-Aubrac ( canton of Fournels until 2015 ). The inhabitants are called Termois .

location

Termes is located in the northeast of the Aubrac plateau, which is part of the Massif Central, about 41 kilometers northwest of Mende . Termes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Albaret-le-Comtal in the north, Les Monts-Verts in the east and northeast, La Fage-Saint-Julien in the southeast, Noalhac in the south and southwest, Fournels in the west and Arzenc-d'Apcher in the northwest.
