history
The former village developed more rapidly with the settlement of industrial companies in the 1970s and 1980s. In 1985 it was given urban-type settlement status. During this time Tyube was subordinate to the administration of Kirovsky rajon, one of the three administrative districts of Makhachkala city. When the Kumtorkalinski rajon, which was dissolved in 1944, was restored on September 18, 1992, the settlement was added to it.
