The place Bietikow, part of the community Uckerfelde, was first mentioned in 1214 under "Bitcowe". Before that there was a Slavic settlement on the Haussee. Archaeological finds prove a settlement history in the epochs since the Neolithic. During the German colonization, Bietikow was created as an anger village. In the Middle Ages around 1375, the von Blankenburg, von Eickstedt and Seehausen monastery owned the site , whose share came to the Gramzow office after the monastery was dissolved in 1543. From free surfaces made around 1424 manor which von Arnim who came into possession of the whole village to the 1650th The property was expropriated in 1945 and the land was given to new farmers and resettlers as part of the land reform. The von Arnim family farms the land again today .

For 1573 there was a schoolboy , a blacksmith and a shepherd in the village, in 1775 there was a sheep farm, 17 farmers and 42 campfires. In 1900, four farmers, five landowners, a blacksmith, a teacher and a road supervisor were counted. After 1945 37 landless and poor farmers and resettlers found a new home in Bietikow .

The current district of Falkenwalde - originally laid out as an anger village - was first mentioned in a document in 1375 .

The village of Hohengüstow was called Güstrow until around 1900 ; it appears for the first time in a document in 1365 . In the 1930s, the eastern part of Hohengüstow was settled, and around 15 families from southern Germany created new livelihoods here.

In 1952 the four places were incorporated into the Prenzlau district in the GDR district of Neubrandenburg . Since 1993 they have been in the Brandenburg district of Uckermark.
