Val d'Anast is a French commune in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the canton of Guichen in the Arrondissement of Redon . It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the previous municipalities of Campel and Maure-de-Bretagne .

The (total) population of the municipality was determined by adding up the municipalities that were independent until the end of 2016.

The new Mairie (Town Hall) is located in Maure-de-Bretagne. The two previous communities have the function of a Commune déléguée within the Commune nouvelle Val d'Anast.
