Val d'Anast is a French commune in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in the region of Brittany . It belongs to the canton of Guichen in the Arrondissement of Redon . It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the previous municipalities of Campel and Maure-de-Bretagne .

The municipality has the following 13 municipalities as neighbors:
- Loutehel in the northwest,
- Maxent in the north,
- Bovel in the northeast,
- La Chapelle-Bouëxic and Mernel in the east,
- Guignen , Lohéac and Lieuron in the southeast,
- Pipriac in the south,
- Carentoir ( Morbihan department ) and Saint-Séglin in the southwest as well
- Guer (Morbihan department) and Les Brulais to the west.

The new Mairie (Town Hall) is located in Maure-de-Bretagne. The two previous communities have the function of a Commune déléguée within the Commune nouvelle Val d'Anast.
