Asnois is a French municipality with 146 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Nièvre in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clamecy and the canton of Clamecy ( Tannay until 2015 ).
geography
Asnois is about 59 kilometers northeast of Nevers . The Yonne limits the municipality to the east. Neighboring municipalities of Asnois are Villiers-sur-Yonne in the north, Brèves in the northeast, Metz-le-Comte in the east and southeast and Amazy in the south and west.
