Chevannes-Changy is a French municipality with 132 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Nièvre in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (before 2016 Bourgogne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clamecy and the canton of Corbigny ( Brinon-sur-Beuvron until 2015 ).

Chevannes-Changy is about 57 kilometers south-southwest of Auxerre on the edge of the Morvan . Chevanges-Changy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Parigny-la-Rose in the north, Taconnay in the north-east, Brinon-sur-Beuvron in the east, Bussy-la-Pesle in the south-east, Champlin in the south, Authiou in the south-west, Chazeuil in the west and south-west , Corvol-d'Embernard in the west and Marcy in the northwest.
