Gâcogne is a French municipality with 245 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Nièvre in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Clamecy and the canton of Corbigny .
geography
Gâcogne is about 70 kilometers northeast of Nevers in the Morvan . Gâcogne is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lormes in the north and north-west, Brassy in the north and east, Ouroux-en-Morvan in the east and south-east, Mhère in the south and Vauclaix in the west.
