Marcy is about 30 miles north-northeast of Nevers . Neighboring communities of Marcy are Varzy in the north and west, Parigny-la-Rose in the east and north-east, Chevannes-Changy in the east and south-east, Covol-d'Embernard in the south and Champlemy in the west and south-west.
