Sardy-lès-Épiry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Corbigny in the north, Cervon in the northeast, Mouron-sur-Yonne in the east, Epiry in the southeast, Aunay-en-Bazois in the south, Achun in the southwest, La Collancelle in the west and Pazy in the Northwest.
