Corvol-d'Embernard is about 38 kilometers northeast of Nevers on the edge of the Morvan . Corvol-d'Embernard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Marcy in the north, Chevannes-Changy in the east, Chazeuil in the south and Champlemy in the west.
