The Düsseldorf-Reisholz train station is about 8 kilometers south of Düsseldorf Central Station in the Reisholz district of Düsseldorf . It is located on the Cologne – Duisburg railway line and belongs to station category 4. The Düsseldorf-Reisholz S-Bahn station is also a stop for several bus lines.
On August 11, 1988, the station building from 1899 with two outbuildings was entered in the city's list of monuments in the technical monuments category .
location
The train station is centrally located between the districts of Düsseldorf-Reisholz , Düsseldorf-Hassels and Düsseldorf-Eller . It is in an elevated position and is located above Henkelstrasse. The S-Bahn station has two side platforms with entrances to Henkelstrasse.
Investments
In addition to the platform tracks of the S-Bahn and the through tracks, there are several sidings in the marshalling yard to the north.
