The Bibersee area is a nature reserve (NSG number 4.042) designated by ordinance of April 15, 1969 by the Regional Council of South Württemberg-Hohenzollern in the area of ​​the Baden-Württemberg community of Fronreute in the Ravensburg district in Germany .

The approximately five hectare nature reserve around the eponymous Bibersee is part of the Upper Swabian hill country . It belongs to the Blitzenreuter Lake District , lies west of the Blitzenreute district and east of the Fronhofen district at an altitude of 574  m above sea level. NHN .
