The Bundestag constituency of Minden-Lübbecke I (constituency 134) is located in North Rhine-Westphalia and includes the district of Minden-Lübbecke without the city of Bad Oeynhausen . After the constituency had been won by the SPD in all elections since 1949 , the CDU's direct candidate won the 2009 Bundestag elections for the first time and repeated this result in the 2013 Bundestag elections .
